The air deformation technique is that when the wire is over-fed into the wire inlet of the nozzle, due to the existence of the over-feed, the turbulent airflow blows the single fiber of the over-fed wire into a circle, and the wire is heat-set at high temperature. It becomes a loose loop-like air-textured yarn, which is the same as false-twisted elastic yarn. The yarn is loose, and the bending is more obvious. The wire body has no torque. The air-textured yarn is the same as the network yarn. No network point. The same is true for the technical principle of polyester air-twisted yarn.
